Amazing team and the best chiropractic care in Charleston. I drive from Goose Creek to see them because I trust them and know they actually care. Dr. Ruettiger met with me for my intake and heard my whole story, was compassionate, empathetic, took her time assessing me, and answered all my questions. They're also a preferred provider with the VA, so when my referral (finally) went through and I could get adjustments scheduled to get pain relief it was an answer to prayer. I would recommend Dr. Ruettiger to anyone, and especially any other vets who need a compassionate chiropractor as part of their care team.
